In his address, the General Manager of the Human Resources Center explained the profound significance of the “Optical Core Program” from the dual perspectives of business development and talent strategy. Mentors are the warmest light in the “passing on knowledge and skills” process. During the mentor introduction segment, several senior mentors took to the stage to receive “Mentor Certification Certificates” from the company. This is not only an honor, but also a weighty responsibility.
