Mentor representatives Liu Fenghai and Wang Zhe shared their understanding of mentorship, drawing on their own growth paths—it’s not just about transferring skills, but also about igniting new mindsets. During the signing ceremony, mentors presented apprentices with “Apprentice Certification Certificates,” and both parties solemnly signed the “Mentorship and Apprenticeship Letter.” This written agreement linked two ambitious hearts; a handshake captured a future of shared progress.
