XTlaser officially launched the “Optical Core Program,” marking the beginning of the company’s systematic talent development efforts. The launch ceremony brought together company management, the first batch of mentors, and all trainees.

On the morning of October 8th, the launch ceremony and opening ceremony of the XTLASER “Light Core Program” talent pipeline construction were successfully held in the conference room on the fifth floor of the XTLASER Industrial Park. Company management, the first batch of mentors, and all trainees gathered together to ignite the spark of talent development and begin a new chapter of growth and succession.

The ceremony commenced with an opening address at the Human Resources Center. The “Optical Core Program” is not merely a talent development initiative, but also a profound undertaking to build organizational capabilities—through a mentorship mechanism, it opens up pathways for talent growth and injects continuous momentum into the company’s development.

In his address, the General Manager of the Human Resources Center explained the profound significance of the “Optical Core Program” from the dual perspectives of business development and talent strategy. He pointed out that in today’s rapidly evolving laser industry, only by solidifying the talent base can we meet challenges and overcome economic cycles. The company aspires to be fertile ground for the growth of every striver, and looks forward to trainees taking root, growing, and blossoming here.

Mentors Debut: Guiding with Ingenuity, Illuminating with Experience

Mentors are the warmest light in the “passing on knowledge and skills” process. During the mentor introduction segment, several senior mentors took to the stage to receive “Mentor Certification Certificates” from the company. This is not only an honor, but also a weighty responsibility.

Mentor representatives Liu Fenghai and Wang Zhe shared their understanding of mentorship, drawing on their own growth paths—it’s not just about transferring skills, but also about igniting new mindsets. They pledged to impart their knowledge generously, fostering mutual learning and growth alongside their students on a two-way journey of development.

The “Mentorship and Apprenticeship” ceremony brought the event to a climax. As the host announced the names of each pair of mentors and apprentices, they stood in response, their eyes meeting in a gesture of trust and commitment.

During the signing ceremony, mentors presented apprentices with “Apprentice Certification Certificates,” and both parties solemnly signed the “Mentorship and Apprenticeship Letter.” This written agreement linked two ambitious hearts; a handshake captured a future of shared progress.

Following this, apprentice representatives Li Mengmeng from the Supply Chain Center and Xu Min from the Overseas Marketing Department spoke, their words filled with gratitude and determination. They expressed their commitment to cherishing the platform, humbly seeking knowledge, and living up to expectations and their youth.

In his opening lecture, titled “The First Lesson of the Training Program,” General Manager Jia delivered a strategic-level lesson that aimed to build consensus and inspire motivation among all participants. He emphasized that talent is the fundamental guarantee for realizing the company’s vision and expressed his hope that mentors would teach genuinely and trainees would learn diligently, working together to make the “Light Core Program” a cradle of talent for XTLASER.
