The ceremony commenced with an opening address at the Human Resources Center. In his address, the General Manager of the Human Resources Center explained the profound significance of the “Optical Core Program” from the dual perspectives of business development and talent strategy. Mentors are the warmest light in the “passing on knowledge and skills” process. During the mentor introduction segment, several senior mentors took to the stage to receive “Mentor Certification Certificates” from the company. This is not only an honor, but also a weighty responsibility.

Following this, apprentice representatives Li Mengmeng from the Supply Chain Center and Xu Min from the Overseas Marketing Department spoke, their words filled with gratitude and determination. In his opening lecture, titled “The First Lesson of the Training Program,” General Manager Jia delivered a strategic-level lesson that aimed to build consensus and inspire motivation among all participants.
