During the event, over a hundred people, including company customers from all over the world, representatives from industry associations, and numerous media outlets, were cordially invited to witness this milestone moment. Building Dreams and Illuminating the Future: Groundbreaking Ceremony of XTLaser Digital Production and R&D Base

After two decades of trials and tribulations, and with two decades of accumulated technological expertise, XTLaser has grown into a technology-driven enterprise in the field of laser industrial applications, integrating R&D, production, and sales of laser cutting, laser marking, laser welding, and supporting automated systems.

On November 8th, at the break of dawn, amidst thunderous applause, XTLaser’s 20th Anniversary Celebration grandly opened in Jinan, the City of Springs. The celebration began with a stunning opening dance that immediately captured the audience’s attention. Following a solemn flag-raising ceremony, a corporate planning video was shown, vividly depicting XTLaser’s glorious past and future vision. Subsequently, two government leaders and the chairman of XTLaser delivered inspiring speeches, adding a magnificent chapter to the celebration.

Standing at a new starting point, Jia Yulei, Chairman of Jinan XTLaser Technology Co., Ltd., stated that over the past twenty years, XTLaser has achieved rapid development with the strong support of the academic community and the joint efforts of suppliers and customers. This year, with the support of the Jinan High-tech Zone Government, the company is actively planning to build an intelligent laser production line and establish a XTLaser Technology Engineering Center, R&D Center, and Customer Experience Center. Looking to the future, XTLaser will continue to increase its R&D investment, shifting from a sales-driven model to one driven by product and technological innovation, focusing on the two core areas of industrial laser processing and medical lasers, and striving for new heights.

Zhu Shenle, Party Secretary and Director of the Jinan High-tech Zone Life Science City Development Center, acknowledged XTLaser’s hard work and achievements over the past two decades. She pointed out that XTLaser’s future strategy will shift from sales-driven to a dual-engine approach of technology and talent, highly aligned with the industrial development direction of Jinan High-tech Zone. Both parties will work together to promote innovation and intelligentization in the laser industry. Furthermore, Secretary Zhu mentioned that the XTLaser Medical Technology Industrial Base project will focus on the intelligent manufacturing of laser medical devices and the construction of a user experience center, creating a green high-tech industrial park integrating informatization, digitalization, and intelligence. This marks another important milestone in XTLaser’s development and a new breakthrough in the integration and development of the biomedical and intelligent equipment industries in Jinan High-tech Zone.

Wang Ying, Executive Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the China Robotics and High-end Equipment Industry Chain and Secretary-General of the Robotics and High-end Equipment Industry Association, pointed out that lasers, as a major technological invention of the 20th century, have been widely penetrated and applied in manufacturing and various fields worldwide due to their unique appeal. With the rapid advancement of technology and the continuous expansion of the market, the laser industry has risen to the forefront of industrial applications, bringing transformation to multiple industries such as manufacturing, communications, medicine, and scientific research. Secretary Wang stated that under the leadership of Chairman Jia Yulei, XTLaser has focused on cutting-edge technologies, guided by market trends, and driven by innovation. Following the leaders’ speeches, a truly inspiring moment arrived – the launch ceremony for the Phase II project concluded successfully amidst the push of the lever, the booming of cannons, and the blooming of colored smoke, marking a new era for XTLaser’s digital R&D and production base.

Following this, the lion dance eye-dotting ceremony brought the celebration to a climax, with leaders, VIPs, and company executives gathering in front of the camera to commemorate this historic moment.
