On February 12th, XT Laser grandly held its “2025 Annual Summary & Commendation and 2026 Strategic Launch Conference” at the Chunyuan Road Industrial Park. Company management, department heads, and all employees gathered—both in-person and virtually—to review the achievements of the past year and paint a strategic blueprint for the year ahead.

Gathering to Write a New Chapter

The ceremony commenced with the solemn melody of the company anthem. In his opening address, General Manager Mr. Jia Yulei shared:

“In 2025, we responded to the market with solid actions. Whether through product breakthroughs, service expansion, or global exchange, our success was inseparable from the wholehearted dedication of every partner. Today, we celebrate our past achievements and set sail for the future.”

Following this, Deputy General Manager Mr. Li Qingchun highlighted the construction progress and production launch of the company’s Intelligent Manufacturing R&D Base. He emphasized that the new facility injects powerful momentum into the company’s future scale and growth capabilities.

Reviewing Achievements, Strategizing for Growth

A key segment of the conference was the comprehensive review of core annual businesses. Leaders from Overseas Sales, Domestic Sales, and Marketing took the stage first to report annual highlights and share insights on global market trends and localization strategies.

Subsequently, heads of the R&D and Operations Centers elaborated on technical breakthroughs, efficient collaboration, and quality control, systematically outlining the operational practices that support the company’s forward momentum.

Honoring Excellence, Pledging New Vows

The spotlight of the event belonged to every dedicated “striver” at XT Laser. The conference presented the “2025 Q4 Sales Incentive Award” and the “2025 Annual Excellence Award.”

These awards honored teams and individuals who demonstrated outstanding performance in sales sprints, technical innovation, market expansion, delivery assurance, and functional support. Every honor bestowed represents the highest recognition of their value and perseverance.

Looking Forward, Embarking Together

In the closing session, General Manager Jia Yulei delivered the Annual Strategic Report. From a holistic perspective of the industry and corporate development, he systematically outlined XT Laser’s direction, key goals, and core tasks for 2026.
