Applications of laser cutting in the precision machining industry
The emerging precision laser manufacturing and service industry is in its early stages of growth. This emerging industry is characterized by technology preceding and guiding market development. With the increasing application of laser manufacturing technology in traditional manufacturing and the expansion of new laser application areas, laser manufacturing technology is continuously replacing and breaking through traditional manufacturing techniques. Laser manufacturing and services are penetrating both traditional and new manufacturing sectors in both breadth and depth. Therefore, the development prospects of the precision laser manufacturing and service industry are quite broad.
Currently, more than 20 laser processing technologies have been developed. For products with complex precision and structure, as well as R&D samples with many design variations and small quantities, direct laser mass production can be achieved, eliminating the need for molds (mold production has long cycles and high costs). Following this industry trend, Xintian Laser has launched its patented linear motor precision laser cutting machine, and two small-format laser cutting machines, models 0913 and 5040. The marble gantry structure greatly improves the stability of the entire machine. These machines provide higher precision cutting technology for industries requiring precision cutting, such as eyeglass frames, dial gears, and fine gears, significantly improving cutting accuracy and processing efficiency, injecting new momentum into the development of the precision laser manufacturing industry.
