Use and maintenance of fiber laser cutting machine-Cathy

1.Check the straightness of the guide rail and the verticality of the machine every six months. If find that it is abnormal, maintain and debug in time. Without this, the effect of cutting may not be very good, and the error will increase, affecting the cutting quality. This is the most important and must be done.

2. Use a vacuum dust collector once a week to remove dust and dirt from the machine. All electrical cabinets should be closed for dust-proof.

3. The guide rails should be cleaned frequently to remove dust and other dirt, to ensure the normal of the equipment. The rack should be wiped frequently, and lubricated to ensure lubrication of it. The guide rail must be cleaned and lubricated frequently, and the motor must also be cleaned and lubricated frequently. So that machine can move better during cutting, more accurate cutting, and the quality of the cut product will be improved.

4. Clean the laser cutting head every day. Check whether the nozzle of the cutting head is clea. Whether the protective lens is dirty, or water mist, etc. Clean them with a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol.

5.Clean the chiller, blow out the dust from the chiller, check whether the filter element is black, and whether it needs to be replaced. The water of the chiller is usually changed once a month. Note: The water of the chiller is preferably pure water or distilled water.

Fiber laser cutting machines need regular inspection and maintenance. If there are deformations, you should know that the laser cutting head is a bit damaged at this time, and you need to replace it. If you don’t replace will affect cutting quality, increase costs, and some products may require secondary processing, reducing production efficiency. The laser cutting head should be produced by a regular manufacturer, and it should be carefully checked when it is purchased to avoid problems when it is used.
