XT LASER officially launched the “Optical Core Program,” marking the beginning of the company’s systematic talent development efforts. The launch ceremony brought together company management, the first batch of mentors, and all trainees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the morning of October 8th, the launch ceremony and opening ceremony of the XT LASER “Light Core Program” talent pipeline construction were successfully held in the conference room on the fifth floor of the XT LASER Industrial Park.
