If there is any problem, clean or replace it in time, and check whether the ceramic ring is damaged and whether it is installed correctly. Before emitting light, check whether the nozzle is damaged or blocked. If there is any problem, replace it in time. Check whether the protective gas pressure and margin are qualified,and adjust it in time if there is any problem. Check whether there are foreign objects and residues on the cutting platform that hinder the cutting work

2. Precautions for weekly maintenance of laser cutting machine:
Before starting the laser cutting machine, check whether the water volume of the chiller is above the water level, and if not, add distilled or purified water in time. Check whether there is dust on the components such as the cabinet and the fuselage,and use an air compressor to clean it in time. Clean the exhaust net of the chiller and the internal screen of the chiller to keep the mesh holes transparent to achieve a better cooling effect

3. Precautions for monthly maintenance of laser cutting machine:
Before starting the laser cutting machine, check whether the guide rails and rack surfaces of the XY axes are lubricated normally. If there is no lubricating oil in time, the Z-axis ball screw and linear slide rails need to be lubricated with butter every month. Check whether the water quality inside the chiller is good. Do as much as possible. Replace all the cooling water once a month, which can effectively reduce the corrosion and clogging of core components such as the cutting head
