Mopa Q-switch laser source frequency difference. There are two main laser source we ususlly use. Q-switch and Mopa laser source.

First, the mopa laser has widely frequency than Q. For example, Q switch  frenquency is about 80hz to 130hz to adjust. But for mopa laser source. It is more widly.

Mopa is from 1hz to 2000hz. But not for all mopa. Different mopa laser has different range. For LP mopa, the range is 1hz to 400hz.

For M1 mopa laser source. The range is from 1hz to 1000hz. But for M6 mopa laser source. The range is from 1hz to 2000hz.

For example, for the same power 30w laser source. The power input is fixed. The single pulse energy depends on frequency. If the frequency is lower.

Then the single pulse energy is more powerful. This is important in engrave work.  Because the more power single pulse energy. The less time you need to do the engrave work.

So if your work is mainly engrave for depth. The mopa LP is most suitable for you. The most cost effective one.

Also there are some other affective factors.
