How To Maintain Fiber Laser Cutting Machine?

The price of laser cutting machines is usually very expensive, ranging from hundreds of thousands to millions. Therefore, it will expand laser machine lifetime as soon as possible.So as to better save production costs and win greater profits. Laser cutting machines are very important for routine maintenance and maintenance. The stable operation of the machine is inseparable from normal operation and routine maintenance.

The daily maintenance of the laser cutting machine is as fallows:

Water replacement and tank cleaning

Make sure filling the laser tube with circulating water before the machine starts working. The quality and temperature of the circulating water directly affect the service life of the laser tube.

If Cleaning the water tank:

First, turn off the power and unplug the water inlet pipe. the water in the laser tube automatically flows into the water tank. Next, open the water tank, remove the water pump, and remove the dirt from the water pump. Third, clean the water tank, replace the circulating water, return the water pump to the water tank, insert the water pipe connected to the water pump into the water inlet, and clean the joint. Finally, place the pump separately and run for 2-3 minutes (fill the laser tube with circulating water).

IF In the previous machine description.it says that there are three mirrors and a focusing lens on the laser engraving machine.

The first reflector locate at the exit of the laser tube, the upper left corner of the machine. And the second mirror is located at the left end of the beam, No. 3 The mirror is located at the top of the fixed portion of the laser head. And the focusing mirror is located within the adjustable barrel at the lower portion of the laser head.

These lenses reflect the laser, focusing and emitting from the laser head. The dust or other contaminants contaminated the lens easily , causing laser loss or lens damage. Do not remove the 1st and 2nd lenses when cleaning. Instead, carefully wipe the lens with a cleaning solution along the center of the lens. Wipe the edges and wipe. The lens No. 3 and the focus lens have to remove from the frame and wiped in the same way.
