How To Mark Color On Stainless Steel By Mopa Laser Marking Machine

In general , black, white and golden color easily to mark by laser marking machine.How to set the parameter when you mark ?let us teach you some tips.

1.When marking black color, leave the focus above or under the marking face, decrease the laser power to 80% and increase the speed under 100mm/s.

2.When marking white color, leave the focus above or under the marking face,increase the laser power to 40% and decrease the speed under 1400mm/s.

3.When marking face on focus, you can get golden color.

Of course, these area similar parameter, you need test it around them.

As for other colors, this machine also could do it, but it’s hard and we need to test with your material.

In general, mopa laser marking machine  can mark white, gold, and black color on stainless steel. laser marking machine can mark color on high quality stainless steel, just like 304.

If you want to mark color, pls better tell us your stainless steel number. We will make detailed parameter for you in advance. Then after you got machine, all will be convenient.

For mopa laser machine we use JPT laser souce,it can adjust pulse width.JPT laser source series has  M1 and M6 .
The different of M1 and M6 is pulse width:M1 pluse width:6-200ns,M6 pulse width:2-200ns.M6 adjust range is bigger than M1.
