Common problems in fiber laser cutter process

This passage we would like to talk some problems in fiber laser cutter process.

Selection of cutting nozzle and lens (cutting parameters)

1. Selection of nozzle and lens when cutting carbon steel:

The selection of lenses:
When cutting 1-8mm carbon steel, select the (5 inch) lens.
When cutting 8-10mm carbon steel, select the (7.5-inch) lens of the fiber laser cutter

The choice of nozzle:
1-6 mm cutting carbon steel (Φ 1.4) at the beginning of the nozzle.
Cutting 6-10 mm carbon steel (Φ 2.0) at the beginning of the nozzle.

2. Selection of nozzle and lens when cutting stainless steel:

The selection of lenses:
Use lens (5 inches) when cutting 1-4mm stainless steel.
Cut 4-6mm stainless steel with a 7.5-inch lens.
