Daily cleaning and maintenance steps of the cutting head of fiber laser cutting machine?-Elena

The cutting head is the core component of the fiber laser cutting machine. The cutting head is a laser output device, which is composed of nozzle, focusing lens and focusing tracking system. In order to ensure the normal operation of the fiber laser cutting machine, cleaning and maintenance of the laser head has become a top priority. The following are the daily cleaning and maintenance steps of the cutting head organized for you:Laser lens

Adjust the center screw
The laser can be adjusted at the center point of the nozzle. For the adjustment method, you can paste transparent glue on the position of the light exit of the nozzle, and then press the spot to remove the transparent glue.(If the light is not in the center, the cutting will be unstable and the cutting will have burrs.) ‍
Z axis

After the lower screw is loosened, the Z-axis can be oiled and lubricated. ‍After turning on the drive, the cutting head limit block will return to the upper limit. When the cutting head limit block approaches the lower limit, it will quickly return to the upper limit and return to the set position.

Focus screw

Select the appropriate focus position according to the material thickness and the type of cutting gas. There are protective glasses and seals inside.

Protective mirror drawer

The protective glasses need to be checked every day before starting and wiped clean. The seals must be replaced every three months.

Atention please:

Use isopropyl alcohol or analytical alcohol to clean the lens. Pay attention to wearing finger cots when holding the lens. Hold both sides of the lens and wipe from side to side with a cotton swab. Do not wipe back and forth.

Tips:

Loss of the cutting head sealing ring will cause cutting instability during cutting, the cutting head capacitance value will change greatly, and it will not work in severe cases.
