Yes,thats one of the machine part,also important for your value cost.

For machine training,our engineer can go to your factory for a training, usually need 5-7days machine installation and training,but if you are familiar with the fiber laser cutting machine,maybe 3-5days is enough.
During in th training days,Customers need to pay the fees of round-tickets and accommodations of our engineers.

How to help your customer regarding service and maintenance?

First, we have 3 years warranty of the whole machine.

In the warranty period,if it break down or some parts damaged(Except the human factors and the factors of force),the seller should be responsible for repair for free, the parts need to be replaced will be provided from seller for free. If some parts need send back, the seller bear the shipping.

After you receive machine,if our machine can not perfectly do your work or it is not the exact machine we have shown you during 1 months,we accept termless return.

We have after sales department, with professional after sales engineers,they will support you within 1 hour after get your question.

What about if need engineers to visit every year for preventive maintenance and service?

Our company can arrange engineers to have the machine maintenance every year.

Of course,also like the machine installation and training,you just need to pay the round-tickets and accommodations of our engineers. and maybe you do not need pay every year, cause many customers there, you can pay this year,and next year and next next year,other customers need to pay.not always be you.

If you get the machine,also need some tips to maintain the laser cutting machine.So the machine can have a longer life time.
