Customers have more and more requirements for laser cutting machines. For example, laser cutting machines need to cut out various patterns. Among them, when we use laser cutting machines to cut round holes. It is not as simple as in the picture.
Here are some points that need to be paid attention to. when cutting round holes with a laser cutting machine.

First, laser cutting machine is the best solution for cutting 1:1 holes. The larger the diameter, the better the cutting. While, if the laser cutting machine is with insufficient capacity. It will have irregular round holes and too many broken points when cutting small holes.

Second, the gas pressure is too large or too small. If the gas pressure is too high, the hole will burst. And, if the pressure is too low. The cutting edge will be rough and the burning will be serious. So choosing the right gas pressure is to solve the irregular cutting of round holes.

Third, servo motor parameters. Many parameters of the servo motor are related to the circular arc motion. Because the parameters are not suitable. And, if the the x and y axis motions mismatch. It will cause the cutting circular hole to appear elliptical or irregular graphics.

Fourth, the precision of the lead screw or guide rail is not enough. Some small factories have low technical strength and low level of workers. And the precision of the laser cutting machine produced cannot reach 0.1mm. So the precision of the circular hole cut does not meet the requirements.
