First,let me introduce the laser cutting machine simply.

The fiber laser cutting machine cutting head focus point . as we all know fiber laser cutting machine is kind of precision industry cutting machines.

Fiber laser cutting machine are not only with high cutting efficiency the cutting surface is smooth and , but also have good cutting effect on thin and thick metal plates.

But it need according to different laser power , more thick , laser power need more stronger . meanwhile , it need the control of the focus point of the machine.

So how to adjust the fiber laser cutting machine cutting head focus point.. it similar to the camera , when people need to take some pictures , they need to find the focus , then the image will get clear.

In the above , we mentioned that for different thickness , it need use different laser power ,to reach best cutting effect.

The focus of the laser beam is set at different places depending on the thickness of the sheet.

2,types

In the market , there have two kinds of laser head : auto cutting head and manual cutting head.

For the first is Manual adjust depends on the hand to adjust the focus point according to the plate thickness. , such as stainless steel , the plate more thick , the data of the focus point is smaller.In the meanwhile , the cutting head have different models , so there will have some difference.

Second is auto focus cutting head, it was through the software to adjust the cutting head, it need you to set the focus point in the software.

According to the thickness of the plate to set the data of the focus point , after that , when next tie , you cut the same thickness , you don’t need to adjust the focus point again.

The focus will recorded in software the software will find the focus.

3,distance

The bottom of cutting head is nozzle. In the cutting process, the distance between the nozzle and the workpiece (nozzle height) is about 0.5 ~ 1.5mm.

Now set a fixed value, that is, the nozzle height, it can not adjust by lifting the cutting head Coke (otherwise unable to complete the cutting process).

The focus distance of the focus lens is unchangeable , so can not through change the focus distance to adjust the focus.If need change the position of the focus lens , then need change the position of focus point. the focus lens up and down , the focus point also up and down.
