Here share you some maintenance tip for the laser engraver.

First, after the daily work is completed, shut down according to the shutdown procedure, and then turn off the main power supply.

Second, the machine is not working,cover the field lens to prevent it from dust.

Third,do not overhaul the machine during operation.

Fourth,any malfunction,turned off the power immediately.

Fifth,carefully check the surface of the focusing mirror often.

Sixth, do not move the marking machine in operation.

Seventh,do not cover the stack or put other items on the marking machine.

Eighth, Clean the dust from the inside to the outside usually, keep the machine dry and clean.

Ninth, keep the working environment of the machine dry and ventilated.

And check the running status of the fan and replace the fan that does not work normally. Clean the laser fan and dust in the air duct regularly. In case of power failure of the equipment.

Do not stack or put other articles on the marking machine, so as not to affect the heat dissipation effect of the machine;clean the mouse and keyboard regularly.

After the completion of the work, timely clean up the processing waste, clean up the work site, keep the work site neat and clean.
