Why is the laser head temperature too high during processing Vicky

Why is the laser head temperature too high during processing:

1, center offset.

2. Protect lens from contamination.

3. Contamination of focusing lens or collimating lens.

4. Optical fiber pollution.

Solution:

1. Check whether the alignment offset. If there is an offset, adjust it.

2. Take out the protective lens for inspection. Note that after removing the protective lens holder. You must use a textured paper to seal the empty position of the cutting head. Do not blow air after removing the protective lens holder. If the protective lens contaminated, it needs to clean. (For lens cleaning, please refer to Xiaobian’s previous article “[Dry Goods] Laser Head Optical Lens Effective Cleaning Method, It is said to be the most practical”)

4. Check the optical lens inside the cutting head.

Raise the cutting head to the highest position, turn on the red light, unscrew the nozzle, place a piece of white paper within the range of 20-40mm at the lower end of the ceramic body, and move up and down to observe the uniformity of the red light. When observing red light, try to block the surroundings of the red light as much as possible to ensure a certain contrast and make the observation more clear. If there are obvious black spots, it can juge that the internal focusing or collimating lens or the end face of the fiber contaminated. This requires contacting the after-sales service engineer to guide and handle it. Do not disassemble the laser head without authorization, and do not continue to use it, so as to cause greater damage
