Can not find the valid LMC1 driver? fiber laser marking machine-Jill

We sell many fiber laser marking machines all over the world.Sometimes,customers feedback that ,they will see”Can not find the valid LMC1 driver?”.If meet with this problem,how to deal with?

1.antivirus software

Firstly,Un-install antivirus software in the computer.

2.language match problem

Secondly,Make sure the language match

3.It maybe USB line problem

all equipment power off, reinsert the line and then restart computer or replace a USB line

4.Electrostatic induced:

Far away from the large equipment(if can not avoid we can connect the ground line),still can’t find you need to check if the voltage is stable

5.Software damage:

delete the original software, copy a new software to install

6.Control board card damage：

Open the hardware device manager, can not find the hardware driver, after reinsert the cable the hardware does not have any tips, or prompt can not identify the hardware, this time to consider replacing the new card.
