End Delay:

The time to wait for the laser to completely turn off.

From the time the Guanguang command is issued until the laser is completely turned off, the laser needs a response time.

The appropriate end delay parameter is set to give the laser sufficient light-off response time

to achieve the purpose of completely shutting down the laser for the next marking.

Appropriate end delay parameters can eliminate the “ghosting” phenomenon that occurs when marking,

but if the end delay is too large, it will affect the processing speed. Cannot be negative.

Corner delay:

The delay between each segment when marking.

Setting the appropriate corner delay parameter removes the fillet that occurs when the right angle is mark,

but if the corner delay is set too large, the marking time will increase and there will be a focus at the corner.

Cannot be negative.

 

2.No light when laser marking

1> If there is an error in entering the software, if there is “Cannot find the dongle”,

you need to let the software find the marking card first.

If it is an external dongle, you need to plug in the external dongle;

measure whether the power supply of the marking card is 5V;

the device manager checks whether the marking device is properly install;

check whether the USB communication is unblock;

check the cause of electromagnetic interference at the site.
2>Observe whether the marking indicator (red light) of the marking card flashes when the marking is displayed.

If the marking indicator (red light) of the marking card does not flash,

check in the parameter – other – flight marking whether the flight marking is enable,

if the flight marking is enable, the flight marking cancel.
3>Check the laser type setting, set the power to the appropriate size,

change the focal length continuously, and observe whether the light is emit.
4>If the marking indicator light flashes during the marking process and the focal length is correct,

the laser interface of the reinforcing board is connect with the 25-core wire and the laser and the 25-core wire.
