Why Mopa?What is Mopa’s work?
Compared to usual Q-switch laser,Mopa’s main work is below:
*Mark color on stainless steel
*Marking good black color on anodized aluminum
*Mark on plastic
Difference between mopa and Q-switch?
Mopa(JPT) and Q-Switch (Raycus,IPG)
Same:1064nm wavelength laser beam
Difference:
Mopa———Pulse width (2-200ns), Pulse frequency (1-1000HZ) , so MOPA laser is more flexible.
Q-Switch—- Pulse width and pulse frequency are fixed, can not be changed.
Pulse width (90-130ns),Pulse frequency(20-80 kHz)
Mopa can do all the Raycus’ work.

Mopa’s work introduction
Firstly,Mark color on stainless steel.
color fiber laser marking videos:
The best lens for color marking is 175*15mm or 200*200mm.
For 300*300mm lens,it can not mark color.
For 110*110mm lens,the parameter is not easy to adjust.
Secondly,Mark good black color on anodized aluminum.
Usual Q-switch Raycus laser can not mark black color on anodized aluminum.
If customers want to mark balck color on mobile casr,they have to choose the Mopa laser.

Note:
if mark white color on painted anodized aluminum,usual laser is ok,but Mopa has a better marking effect details.
Thirdly,Mark on plastic.
Sometimes,customers always want to mark on keyboard,so they have to choose Mopa.
Sometimes they even have to choose uv laser,such as some seals.
Marking effect also depends on the plastic color.
If mark on pvc id card,then customers have to choose mopa.
Note:
If add laser powder on plastic,It is easy to mark on plastic,usual Raycus laser is ok.
So some csutomers will choose to add powder to keyboard,then they will have a good marking effect.
