La fonction de reprise de coupe apr\u00e8s coupure de courant permet \u00e0 l'\u00e9quipement de reprendre pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment l'usinage \u00e0 partir du point d'arr\u00eat apr\u00e8s le r\u00e9tablissement du courant, \u00e9vitant ainsi la reprise de l'ensemble de la t\u00f4le et les dommages dus \u00e0 une seconde coupe. Lorsque l'alimentation est r\u00e9tablie, le syst\u00e8me ajoute le temps enregistr\u00e9 au retard du contr\u00f4leur et simule le processus d'avant la coupure \u00e0 partir de la position de d\u00e9part (sans actionner les axes XY ni le laser). Lorsque le temps de simulation atteint la valeur calcul\u00e9e, il d\u00e9termine que le point d'arr\u00eat a \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint et lance la reprise de coupe. Cette solution utilise le temps comme seule variable et n'est pas affect\u00e9e par les changements de vitesse ou de trajectoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Solution bas\u00e9e sur le retour de contour (RESU)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par la fonction RESU de Siemens, le syst\u00e8me enregistre automatiquement tous les blocs de programme en cours d'ex\u00e9cution dans la zone de contour entre le point d'interruption et le point de d\u00e9part. Apr\u00e8s la restauration, l'op\u00e9rateur d\u00e9clenche une commande de mouvement inverse, et le syst\u00e8me revient automatiquement le long du contour jusqu'au point de reprise cible, sans n\u00e9cessiter la connaissance du num\u00e9ro du bloc de programme. \u00c0 l'arriv\u00e9e, il ex\u00e9cute implicitement la recherche de bloc de programme et le calcul du contour, reprenant automatiquement l'usinage. Il prend en charge les commutateurs multiples entre les mouvements inverses et avant pour approcher avec pr\u00e9cision le point de reprise, et convient aux contours complexes compos\u00e9s de lignes droites et d'arcs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Compensation de pr\u00e9cision et r\u00e9paration des bords<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Une fois la reprise termin\u00e9e, les valeurs d'\u00e9cart sont calcul\u00e9es par acquisition d'images et comparaison avec des produits de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence.
