Les diff\u00e9rences de vitesse de coupe et d'efficacit\u00e9 globale entre les deux sont des facteurs cl\u00e9s dans le choix des \u00e9quipements et la mise \u00e0 niveau des lignes de production. Sur la base de donn\u00e9es quantitatives et de m\u00e9canismes techniques, cet article compare syst\u00e9matiquement les performances d'efficacit\u00e9 des deux types de lasers et propose des strat\u00e9gies de s\u00e9lection et d'optimisation correspondantes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Diff\u00e9rences de vitesse<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 puissance \u00e9gale, la vitesse de coupe des lasers \u00e0 fibre est 2 \u00e0 5 fois sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des lasers CO\u2082, l'\u00e9cart d\u00e9pendant du type de mat\u00e9riau et de l'\u00e9paisseur. L'avantage est le plus marqu\u00e9 sur les t\u00f4les minces (\u22645 mm) : pour l'acier inoxydable de 1 mm, la vitesse du laser \u00e0 fibre peut atteindre 6 fois celle du CO\u2082 ; lors de la coupe d'acier inoxydable de 5 mm avec une puissance de 6 kW, le laser \u00e0 fibre (6,0 m\/min) atteint environ 2,2 fois la vitesse du CO\u2082 (2,7 m\/min). Dans le traitement des t\u00f4les moyennes \u00e0 \u00e9paisses (4\u20136 mm), un laser \u00e0 fibre de 6 kW coupe de l'acier inoxydable de 4 mm \u00e0 16 m\/min, tandis qu'un laser CO\u2082 de 3 kW atteint 6,5 m\/min. Lorsque l'\u00e9paisseur d\u00e9passe 5 mm, l'\u00e9cart de vitesse tend \u00e0 se r\u00e9duire \u2014 pour l'acier doux de 5 mm, les deux atteignent 4,2 m\/min \u2014 mais \u00e0 des puissances sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 10 kW, le laser \u00e0 fibre conserve toujours un avantage global.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>M\u00e9canismes techniques<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">L'avantage d'efficacit\u00e9 des lasers \u00e0 fibre provient de trois caract\u00e9ristiques essentielles : un rendement de conversion \u00e9lectro-optique d'environ 30 %, soit 3 fois celui du CO\u2082 (environ 10 %) ; une longueur d'onde de 1,06\u20131,08 \u03bcm qui offre une absorption nettement sup\u00e9rieure sur les surfaces m\u00e9talliques par rapport au 10,6 \u03bcm du CO\u2082 (pour l'aluminium, les taux d'absorption sont de 5 %\u201310 % contre 1 %\u20132 %) ; et une taille de spot focalis\u00e9 plus petite (0,1\u20130,3 mm contre 0,3\u20130,6 mm), entra\u00eenant une densit\u00e9 de puissance focale plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e et permettant au mat\u00e9riau d'atteindre le seuil de vaporisation plus rapidement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Strat\u00e9gie d'optimisation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Convertir les avantages d'efficacit\u00e9 en capacit\u00e9 de production n\u00e9cessite un d\u00e9ploiement coordonn\u00e9 sur trois aspects : le choix de la puissance, l'adaptation du syst\u00e8me de mouvement et l'optimisation des processus. Le choix de la puissance doit \u00eatre bas\u00e9 sur l'\u00e9paisseur de traitement : pour les t\u00f4les minces (\u22645 mm), il est recommand\u00e9 d'utiliser 3\u20136 kW ; pour les t\u00f4les moyennes (5\u201310 mm), 6\u201310 kW ; et pour les t\u00f4les \u00e9paisses (&gt;10 mm), plus de 10 kW. Le syst\u00e8me de mouvement doit r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de coupe \u00e0 grande vitesse, avec une acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de la machine-outil atteignant 2,0G ou plus ; si l'acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration n'est que de 1,0\u20131,2G, les acc\u00e9l\u00e9rations et d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9rations fr\u00e9quentes r\u00e9duiront l'\u00e9cart r\u00e9el de capacit\u00e9 de production \u00e0 15 %\u201320 % de la valeur th\u00e9orique.
