Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 trois voies techniques \u2014 l'enregistrement de la position du point d'arr\u00eat, la simulation de l'\u00e9tat d'usinage et la reprise pr\u00e9cise de la jonction \u2014 cette fonction permet \u00e0 l'\u00e9quipement de reprendre pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment l'usinage \u00e0 partir du point d'arr\u00eat apr\u00e8s le r\u00e9tablissement du courant, \u00e9vitant ainsi la mise au rebut de toute la t\u00f4le.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>D\u00e9fis techniques et approches de solution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Deux d\u00e9fis techniques surviennent lors des pannes de courant soudaines : premi\u00e8rement, le laser cesse d'\u00e9mettre instantan\u00e9ment au moment de la coupure, mais le syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le subit des retards dus aux composants de stockage d'\u00e9nergie de l'alimentation, provoquant des \u00e9carts dans l'enregistrement de la position du point d'arr\u00eat ; deuxi\u00e8mement, la vitesse est en \u00e9tat de changement au moment de la coupure, ce qui rend difficile la r\u00e9alisation d'un positionnement de jonction pr\u00e9cis en utilisant des m\u00e9thodes de calcul de course inverse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Pour r\u00e9soudre ces probl\u00e8mes, l'utilisation de variables temporelles plut\u00f4t que de variables de course comme r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de reprise constitue la voie de solution actuelle. Lorsque le courant est r\u00e9tabli, le syst\u00e8me lit cette valeur de temps : si elle est nulle, aucune reprise n'est n\u00e9cessaire ; si elle est non nulle, le processus de reprise est d\u00e9clench\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Le syst\u00e8me acquiert le d\u00e9lai inh\u00e9rent du contr\u00f4leur d'alimentation et l'ajoute au temps enregistr\u00e9 pour obtenir le temps compens\u00e9 pour la simulation. L'\u00e9quipement entre alors dans un mode de \u00ab faux d\u00e9part \u00bb, simulant le processus avant la coupure de courant depuis la position de d\u00e9part sans entra\u00eener de mouvement r\u00e9el ni de sortie laser. Lorsque le temps de simulation cumul\u00e9 atteint le temps compens\u00e9, le syst\u00e8me d\u00e9termine que le point de coupure de courant r\u00e9el a \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint et reprend imm\u00e9diatement la sortie laser et continue la coupe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s la reprise, le syst\u00e8me compare les \u00e9carts de profil des bords au point d'arr\u00eat par acquisition d'images.
