La fonction anti-collision active r\u00e9duit syst\u00e9matiquement le risque de collision de la t\u00eate de coupe par le biais de trois m\u00e9canismes : la d\u00e9tection de d\u00e9placement en temps r\u00e9el, la r\u00e9ponse d'\u00e9vitement d'obstacles \u00e0 grande vitesse et l'arr\u00eat d\u00e9clench\u00e9 par seuil de collision. Lorsque la pi\u00e8ce se soul\u00e8ve au-dessus de la surface de la t\u00f4le, des collisions lat\u00e9rales sont tr\u00e8s susceptibles de se produire.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Solution technique : Le syst\u00e8me optimise l'algorithme suivant \u2014 apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9tection d'un obstacle, la vitesse de r\u00e9ponse de l'axe Z est augment\u00e9e au double de la vitesse normale pour r\u00e9duire le temps de levage. Les capteurs d\u00e9tectent \u00e0 l'avance les obstacles, les vitesses des axes et les hauteurs, planifiant \u00e0 l'avance les trajectoires d'\u00e9vitement. Les donn\u00e9es exp\u00e9rimentales montrent que sans fonction anti-collision active, la probabilit\u00e9 de collision est d'environ 2 % ; avec cette fonction activ\u00e9e, la probabilit\u00e9 peut \u00eatre r\u00e9duite \u00e0 1 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Arr\u00eat instantan\u00e9 d\u00e9clench\u00e9 par collision<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Lorsque la t\u00eate de coupe entre en contact avec la pi\u00e8ce, le syst\u00e8me doit effectuer la d\u00e9tection et l'arr\u00eat en quelques millisecondes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Solution technique : Le capteur de collision est mont\u00e9 fixement via des contacts sur la plaque de connexion de la t\u00eate de coupe. Lorsqu'une collision se produit, le capteur transmet imm\u00e9diatement le signal d'impact au centre de contr\u00f4le, qui arr\u00eate instantan\u00e9ment le robot et les m\u00e9canismes de r\u00e9glage de position pour \u00e9viter les dommages secondaires dus \u00e0 une collision continue.
