L'obtention de cet effet n\u00e9cessite un contr\u00f4le syst\u00e9matique sous trois aspects : l'appariement des param\u00e8tres de processus, le contr\u00f4le du faisceau et de la mise au point, et la gestion du gaz d'assistance.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Optimisation des param\u00e8tres de processus<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>La vitesse de coupe et la rugosit\u00e9 de surface ont une relation en U : une vitesse trop faible provoque une adh\u00e9rence des scories, tandis qu'une vitesse trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e entra\u00eene une coupe incompl\u00e8te.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Solution : D\u00e9terminez la plage de vitesse optimale en fonction de l'\u00e9paisseur de la t\u00f4le. Pour l'acier au carbone de 6 mm avec un laser \u00e0 fibre de 2,0 kW, la vitesse optimale est d'environ 2,0 m\/min, produisant une surface de coupe lisse avec un minimum de scories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>La quantit\u00e9 de d\u00e9focalisation affecte la distribution d'\u00e9nergie et la conicit\u00e9 de la coupe. La d\u00e9focalisation n\u00e9gative provoque des zones de chauffage in\u00e9gales entre les surfaces sup\u00e9rieure et inf\u00e9rieure, entra\u00eenant des diff\u00e9rences importantes dans la largeur de coupe.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Solution : Utilisez une d\u00e9focalisation positive (point de focalisation au-dessus du mat\u00e9riau). Pour l'acier au carbone de 6 mm, une d\u00e9focalisation de +4 \u00e0 +5 mm minimise les diff\u00e9rences de largeur de coupe et rapproche l'angle de biseau de 0\u00b0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hauteur et diam\u00e8tre de la buse<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Plus la buse est proche de la pi\u00e8ce, plus la qualit\u00e9 du faisceau et la puret\u00e9 de l'oxyg\u00e8ne sont \u00e9lev\u00e9es, am\u00e9liorant ainsi la brillance de la surface de coupe.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Solution : Maintenez la hauteur de la buse entre 0,5 et 2,0 mm ; utilisez une buse de petit diam\u00e8tre pour r\u00e9tr\u00e9cir la tache et am\u00e9liorer la luminosit\u00e9 de la surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mode faisceau<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Le mode fondamental (TEM00) a une petite tache et une \u00e9nergie concentr\u00e9e, permettant des coupes plus \u00e9troites et une meilleure qualit\u00e9 de section transversale.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Solution : Privil\u00e9giez les lasers avec une valeur M\u00b2 proche de 1 pour garantir une sortie en mode fondamental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Gestion du gaz d'assistance<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>L'oxyg\u00e8ne facilite la coupe par la r\u00e9action de combustion fer-oxyg\u00e8ne. Une pression excessive provoque un d\u00e9passement de la capacit\u00e9 d'\u00e9limination par soufflage du m\u00e9tal en fusion, entra\u00eenant une adh\u00e9rence de scories.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Solution : Une pression de gaz plus basse dans des conditions de coupe suffisantes donne une surface plus brillante. Pour l'acier au carbone de 6 mm, la pression optimale est d'environ 14,7 N\/cm\u00b2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Correspondance dynamique de la pression du gaz et de la puissance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">La pression du gaz de coupe doit s'adapter intelligemment \u00e0 la profondeur de coupe pour assurer une conduction thermique uniforme ; la puissance doit \u00eatre ajust\u00e9e dynamiquement en fonction de l'\u00e9paisseur de la t\u00f4le pour \u00e9viter les br\u00fblures excessives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Validation des param\u00e8tres<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">La combinaison optimis\u00e9e pour l'acier au carbone de 6 mm (2,0 kW, 2,0 m\/min, 14,7 N\/cm\u00b2, d\u00e9focalisation +4 \u00e0 +5 mm, buse 0,8 mm) atteint une largeur de coupe de 0,5\u20130,6 mm, un angle de biseau de 0,2\u00b0\u20130,5\u00b0 et une rugosit\u00e9 d'environ 70\u201375 \u03bcm, avec un minimum de scories.
