Water chiller of fiber laser cutting machine.

As we all know, the most important parts of fiber laser cutting machine is laser source and cutting head. So we use the professional water chiller to protect the laser source and cutting head.

Water chiller is a kind of water colling equipment. And it can provide constant temperature,constant current and constant pressure.

First we need inject a certain amount of pure water into the internal tank. Then the water machanism and cooling system is cool the pure water. Next the colling water is sent to the laser soure and cutting head. After the heat is taken away by the cooling water. Water’s temperature rises and then return to the water tank.

And it is strictiy forbidden to install the unit in the closed room without wentilation. The top of the unit is more than 2.5m away from other object to ensure the smooth air flow. Meanwhile, the distance around the water chiller is more than 1.5 away from other object.

Secindly we should inject the pure water, distilled water or deionized water into the internal tank.

Thirdly when adding water.  We should aviod any unnecessary contact with the water.

And all the  equipment for water injection,such as pimps,hoses and others should only be used for this water chiller.

And we recommend that replace the water in the water chiller every two or three years.

Next the return water temperature should not be higher than 40 degrees.
