How to calculate the running cost of fibre laser cutting machine

Do you know How to calculate the running cost of fibre laser cutting machine,regarding the running cost, I made a rough calculation of the power consumption per hour of this laser cutting machine for your reference(How to calculate the running cost of fibre laser cutting machine):
Take the laser source,water chiller,motor…power consumption into account,

its about 25.9KW,but when the machine is in operation,the power consumption drop to 60%,

so its 15.5 KW,if the electricity cost is 0.15USD/Degree,the electricity charge is 1.59USD/h,

and when we use the machine,we need to consider about the cost of quick wearing parts,

it include nozzle(0.015USD/H),protective lens(0.05USD/H),ceramic rings(0.03USD/H),

and we also need lubricating oil (0.015USD/H) on guide rail,rack and pinion;

and the gas consumption is about 1.06USD/H,take all into account ,

the  cost:10.59*0.15+0.015+0.05+0.015+0.03+1.06=4.28USD/H (2000w machine operation cost )

About the running cost, I made a rough calculation of the power consumption per hour of this laser cutting machine for your reference

but when the machine is in operation,the power consumption drop to 60%,so its 10.59KW,

if the electricity cost is 0.15USD/Degree,the electricity charge is 1.59USD/h,and when we use the machine,we need to consider about the cost of quick wearing parts,

it include nozzle(0.015USD/H),protective lens(0.05USD/H),ceramic rings(0.03USD/H),

and we also need lubricating oil (0.015USD/H) on guide rail,reck and pinion;and the gas consumption is about 1.06USD/H,

take all into account ,the  cost would be about 10.59*0.15+0.015+0.05+0.015+0.03+1.06=2.77USD/H (1000w machine operation cost )
