Deep marking on the brass&stainless steel

As is known to all, fiber laser engraving machine is popular in the market.

It could not only mark on some metal material, like stainless steel as well as brass, but also some non-metal material, such as plastic.

Besides the normal marking,  it could also deep engraving on some metal material.

Yesterday , I met with a customer from Thailand, he is a jewelry manufacturer, wants to engrave 0.5mm depth in his products.

His products material is brass, silver as well as stainless, so I introduce the 50w fiber laser engraving machine to him.

The appearance of the machine is the same, but the laser tube is different, this is 50w laser tube, so it could achieve deep engraving.

XTL-FP series optical fiber laser marking machine use 1064 nm laser diode as the sources are used to pump, the average working hours can up to 100000 hours.

Small and exquisite Volume , applicable in the bad environment

Optical fiber surface area/volume ratio is high, also good cooling effect, no need huge water cooling system, just simple air cooling, can be running in bad conditions, such as high impact, high vibration, high temperature, dirt under the conditions of the normal operation.
