How to debug the precision of the laser cutting machine. After the optical cutting machine is using for a period of time. The cutting accuracy will have a certain error, which is often causing  the change of the focal length.

Therefore, mastering how to debug accuracy is essential for operating laser cutting machines.

First, when the spot of the focus laser is adjusting to the minimum, the initial effect is establishing spotting.

 

And the focal length is determining the size of the spot effect. We only need to look for the spot of the laser to the minimum.

Then this position is the best. The focal length is processing to start the machining work.

We can use some debugging paper, workpiece scrap to point to determine the accuracy of the focal length position.

Moving the position of the upper and lower laser head height, the laser spot size will have different size changes when shooting.

Adjust the position multiple times to find the smallest spot position to determine the focal length and the optimal position of the laser head.
