Knowledge of nozzles for the fiber laser cutters

We all know that nozzles is one of the important parts of the fiber laser cutters.

For the nozzles , there totally two types, single nozzle and double nozzle.

For the different equipment with different power, it need different type nozzles.

This passage will give some detailed introduction to the nozzles. hope to bring some help.

1.The different nozzles for the fiber laser cutter

First of all, the main difference for the nozzles lie as below:

The air flow of the single nozzle is concentrated, for the double nozzle, it  could bypass.

Some customers may think that the nozzle selection is related with the material thickness.

However this may misunderstanding.

The nozzle selection is concerned with the material.

بالنسبة للفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ وبعض المواد عالية المقاومة ، فإننا نجهز بفوهة واحدة.

نعلم أن قطع الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ باستخدام غاز النيتروجين.

كلما زاد تدفق الهواء ، زادت سرعة القطع.

لذلك بالنسبة لقطع الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ ، فإننا نجهز بفوهة واحدة ، قد يتركز تدفق الهواء.

حتى تحقيق أفضل نتيجة القطع.

أما بالنسبة للفوهة المزدوجة ، فنحن نجهز بها لقطع الفولاذ الكربوني.

بالنسبة للصلب الكربوني ، يجب علينا قطع غاز الأكسجين.

يمكن أن تحقق الفوهات المزدوجة نتيجة التجاوز.

هناك حاجة إلى تدفق هواء صغير لقطع الفولاذ الكربوني لتحقيق نتيجة قطع أفضل.

كلما كانت المادة أكثر سمكًا ، قل تدفق الهواء ، وهو ما يختلف مع قطع الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ.

2.The different size for the nozzles about the fiber laser cutters

There are 1.2,2.0 as well as 3.0  size for the nozzles.

For the thick material, we equip with the big size nozzle.
