For CO2 laser engraving machine power choose. when engrave we suggest lower power. Normally lower than 80w  is enough.

When cut material we need at least 100w. Higher power has higher cutting ability.

For cutting platform choose. When cut soft material like fabric, leather. We suggest Cellular platform for soft material cutting.

But when you cut material like acrylic, wook , MDF. Then we suggest blade platform.

CO2 laser engraving machine . When cut acrylic work with CO2 laser engrave machine. Just focus on airflow control . Also need less blowing on front surface or side blowing.

Because this can make sure of smoothness of acrylic.  And there must be airflow at bottom of acrylic, preventing fire.

CO2 laser engraving machine  .when cut the leather work.  We suggest using 50 focus lens . And with less accompanied with 60w-100w laser tube .

Also suggest with mini air compressor for cut work.

when cut the leather suggest to cut single layer. Because thick leather is hard to cut. Also the effect is not good.

Sometimes if not good control of air flow. The cut leather will also burn. That is why we not suggest cut thickness leather.
